In 2012, Nonstop Health was founded on a radical belief: communities are strongest when high-quality healthcare is accessible, before and whenever help is needed. Nonstop set out to help nonprofits navigate a broken system, a mission that has since expanded to serve organizations and individuals across the country.
I joined Nonstop Health because the status quo in healthcare is failing Americans. Our system is riddled with inefficiencies and cost-shifting tactics that force employers into impossible choices: cut benefits or raise premiums. When costs are passed to employees, wages shrink and access to care disappears.

Mr. Farazi is CEO of Nonstop Health. Previously, Mr. Farazi was the President of Signify Health, a division of CVS Health concentrated on driving home based healthcare services. He also served as Chief Product Officer at OptumInsight, a division of UnitedHealth Group. He has an MBA with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. He also sits on the board of Choice Financial.

Before joining Surest, Varun held pivotal roles at Mercer, Anthem, and Segal. As a credentialed actuary, he brings extensive expertise in benefit strategy, risk management, and group plan pricing. He has a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.
